For the launch of the Wholefruit chocolate – the first chocolate made out of 100% cacaofruit –  in San Francisco we created a menu completely inspired on heroing the fruitiness of this chocolate. In all the items of the menu we used the unique flavour of the cacaofruit as fresh ingredient for flavour enhancer, sweetener or for the purpose of its acidity. We served two menu’s for a total of 100 guests.
