FoodFest was created by Syrco Bakker, chef at Pure C**. He and his team divided 7 stages on the beach. Blend decided to name their stage RAW by blend, attracted everything that could go for RAW. Coffee, cigars, books and rubber jewellery were stalled, all furniture was set on fire, so there was only black charcoal, seats and tables. We served pizza’s with pork ears, pork croquettes and whiskey cocktails.
