For the period of one month, we took over the restaurant Isono on HK island at the old PMQ building. Here we served lunch and diner menus with paired cocktails, mocktails, beers and wines. HK citizens came and taste of the different flavours that blend likes to serve, such as handrolled fregola with seabass, chorizo and Dutch cockles combined with a bloody blend (a bloody mary with mezcal and pimenton) or a Zealand flat oyster with puffed rice, matcha tea and mousseline sauce.
