For the second time, Conrad hotel Hong Kong invited us to create and serve a menu with the paintings of “Vincent van Gogh” as an inspiration. Inspired by the “Aardappeleters”, we combined young potatoes with kurabota porkbelly, white asparagus and caviar. Combined with a porkbelly fat washed vodka. By creating the wheatgrass cocktail with Dutch jenever and green tea, we let us inspire by the “wheatfield under thunderclouds”. During ten days we served lunch, brunch and dinners for the guests of Conrad.
