For tastes of the world they asked Blend to create a dish which represents the Netherlands.<\/h6>\n<h6>We came up with the classic \u00ab broodje kroket \u00bb and turned this into \u00ab broodje Blend croquette \u00bb, a croquette made of quality Duroc meat, with Italian fennel pollen and a crispy outside of cornflakes for more texture and flavour.<\/h6>\n<h6>We served this on a high quality Belgian bun, with Belgian piccalilly sauce and mizuna salad.
