Inspired by the \u201cAardappeleters\u201d, we combined young potatoes with kurabota porkbelly, white asparagus and caviar. Combined with a porkbelly fat washed vodka. By creating the wheatgrass cocktail with Dutch jenever and green tea, we let us inspire by the \u201cwheatfield under thunderclouds\u201d.
