Together With Nick Bril and his team we created an Izakaya style menu with paired cocktails for over 80 guests on 2 nights. Combinations of slightly smoked halibut with kimchi of sea lettuce and soy. Ruby chocolate, lychee and goose liver. Finishing with a cocktail based on vin jaune, sake and smoked hay.<\/h6>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n
